At Epic Cycles, we want every ride to be your best, so we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange any gear that doesn't meet your performance standards. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
